Repeat Prescriptions

 

IMPORTANT:  Please use one of the following methods to order your medication. Prescription requests take 48 hours (two working days) to process so please make sure you order your medication in time to avoid running out. 

 

In Person

Complete your tear off slip and post it through our letter box on the front door or write the required medication on a piece of paper with your details and post this through.

On Line

 

Please be aware that My Health Online (MHOL) will no longer be available with most Welsh GP practices from 31st March 2024. 

This a decision made by the Welsh Assembly Government and NHS Wales.

This service is being replaced by the NHS Wales App, which can be downloaded via both the App Store and Google Store.

Via a Pharmacy

 

Send an order including your full name and date of birth  to  reception1.w94037@wales.nhs.uk

 

If you are signed up to a preferred pharmacy, contact your pharmacy to order your medication on your behalf.

 

 

  • Please do not order your repeat prescriptions more than 5 working days in advance

  • If you require an item that you have not had before you will need to contact the practice to book a telephone consultation with a doctor

 

Please give as much detail as possible regarding the medication you are ordering including Drug Name, Directions and Quantities. You request will not be processed without these full details causing a delay in your request.

 

 

  • Do not use the NHS Wales App for contacting your GP in an emergency.

  • In the case of life threatening emergencies, please ring 999.
