Please be aware that My Health Online (MHOL) will no longer be available with most Welsh GP practices from 31st March 2024. This a decision made by the Welsh Assembly Government and NHS Wales. If you are signed up to a preferred pharmacy, contact your pharmacy to order your medication on your behalf.

Please give as much detail as possible regarding the medication you are ordering including Drug Name, Directions and Quantities. You request will not be processed without these full details causing a delay in your request.
